Too young for punk but old enough to feel its attitude, Upstart Art is me doing stuff. I draw the images in the way I want them to be, I make my screens in the way I've worked out woeks for the images, and hope people will like the prints as much as I do.

Screen printing is a chaos of analogue order, if there is such a thing. There is a how to, a mehtod, and a technique, but also is the element of luck for the prints to work.. and hopefully a little skill too! Collections are printed as limited runs, each print slightly unique in its own way. 

There are 3 rules for what I make...
1. To look nice and entertain my eyes
2. To provoke thought or emotion
3. To be fairly priced - we all have to make a living, but we dont need to rinse others to do so
