Shipping
Orders are processed within 48 hours (unless otherwise stated) and sent via 48 hour delivery service. If you have any concerns about delays please do get in touch.
If you order is damaged when you receive it, you are entitled to a replacement or refund. Please photo any damage to the product and packaging, and email to me - it helps massively when I file a claim with the shipping company.
Returns
In the highly unlikely event that you are not 100% totally happy with your purchase, you can return for a full refund or exchange for something else, be it similar or not. You can do this for up to 30 days from date of purchase.
Returned items must be in the same condition as when received.
